Ketsuban..or Missingno.Watever

i need more things to do with my time...
but yeah, this is my version of Missingno. (also known as Ketsuban. personally, i like the latter better; it sounds less like an error...), a pokemon infamous around cinnibar island for looking more like a tetris piece (or a ghost, or an aerodactyl skeleton, or a kabutops skeleton<which is what i based my design off of)

body parts:
kabutops skeleton body and arms
blastoise guns as feet (it would water jet into the air to peform sky attack)
aerodactyl wings
eyes made by me
all body parts colour altered
